An Aurora woman is in a legal battle with her sister over her father’s estate. The case is an example of the kind of financial fraud against the elderly that’s becoming more common.

Yes, it's becoming more common, but solutions aren't coming quick enough.
If penalties were stiffer, it would cut down on some of this.
If the true story was actually given, instead of a very one sided position, it would be understood.
This woman took care of her father for years while all the other siblings DENIED to help. She sold her father's properties under his will and the profit was given to each sibling who was in fact on the title to the property.
Not only that, but after the bills to the nursing home (which if any of you have had to deal with nursing homes they can run up a rather large bill) the amount was split amongs the rest of the siblings. Jaci Ensminger (head of the "estate") was actually given MORE than the rest of the siblings.
Jaci Ensminger is also SLEEPING and LIVING with her attourney who is fighting this case for her.
