However, the Public Guardian refused to terminate the conservatorship of Margarita's estate.
The estate is valued at about $1.5M The Public Guardian keeps Margarita confined and isolated at Senior Paradise in Del Rey Oaks, California. Margarita has been allowed to see Patricia only twice since March 2013.

Isolation is an absolute outrageous violation of all civil and human rights and liberties.
She's a bit hard to understand but that doesn't matter, she still states plainly how she feels.
It's absolutely shameful what the Public Guardian did to this family. The Public Guardian should be arrested.
Accuse the daughter, and throw the mother in solitary confinement for the rest of her life. This is government reasoning and we should get ready for Obama-care.
I've heard this scheme before accuse accuse allege allege anything without any proof to seize the assets in this case $1.5 million + income it's all about the money folks and we're next.
Deputy Public Guardian Jennifer Empasis is not acting in the best interest of her ward, Margarita Zelada.
This guardianship must be terminated based on the fraud on the court.
The Public Guardian Empasis must be prosecuted for elder abuse, theft and abuse of power.
