All around America, innocent vulnerable citizens and their families are abused and exploited by a nefarious probate court system which destroys individuals and families. While the intent of guardianship laws is to protect such individuals, the court approved greed-based professional guardianship industry perverts the laws and enslaves families as it diverts the valid intergenerational transfer of America's wealth into their own pockets.
Only a federal probe similar to operation Graylord can root out the perpetrators of this demonic cancer in America perpetrated in probate courts across the country.
Trillions of dollars passed through probate court every year and every American with assets can expect to be involved in probate court at some time in their lives.

The federal govt isn't going to investigate guardianship abuse in America.
Gotta try, Steve.
I agree Steve. The federal legislators will do the dance known as the: 'shovel' back to state legislators where very few state lawmakers will begin the work that is needed to fix decades of a well designed racket.
These petitions go nowhere. This is a feel good project by a new group AAAPG that generates some publicity with Florida being ground zero leaving 49 states in Limbo although NASGA has this covered for years on their blog and website.
Good news is there are states that have been reforming laws and procedures a slow tedious but worthwhile process that takes dedication and patience of a parade of saints.
The Feds have already conducted an investigation. 3 in fact thru the GAO.
I commend any effort but our efforts should be in every state with our representatives.
I will sign and pass around.
Everybody petitions do raise awareness.
We'll have to bring in someone from another planet to investigate this. Everyone in the system is somehow either involved or looking the other way.
Petition to Obama? I will sign it too because someone worked hard on it. But, we have to start being realistic and each of us work within our own state to fix the system. Obama's got other issues to address first.
Signing!
