West TN Legal to hold free clinic for seniors

On Tuesday, Dec. 4, West Tennessee Legal Services Inc. is hosting a legal clinic for local senior citizens, 60 years of age and above, all free of charge. Seniors will be given assistance in advanced directives (formally living wills), simple wills, and power of attorneys as well as aiding them with housing issues, financial exploitation, scams and elder abuse.

The clinic will be held at McIver’s Grant Public Library from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

West Tennessee Legal Services, Inc. is a non-profit and all services are paid through grants. The organization has an office located in Dyersburg at 208 South Church St. For additional information, contact 800-372-8346.
