Eileen Devlin and Maureen Faletti are trying to determine why their cousin was maltreated and neglected while in the care of the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).Devlin and Faletti reached out to 12th District legislators for help in becoming legal guardians for their cousin Tara O'Leary, who died at the age of 29 on Nov. 10. At the time of her death, she was said to weigh only 43 pounds.
"We're looking for answers and we're looking for justice, and we're very concerned regarding other people this could be happening to."
Devlin said as a family, they are trying to figure out how O'Leary could end up in such a bad situation after they were reassured that she was in the care of a DDD caretaker's home.
She said the family was kept away from O'Leary because of the so-called guardian.

It doesn't just happen to old folks -- it happens to anyone who is vulnerable and has a monetary worth to the so called "protectors".
State Governments, their Legislative Body and Justice Systems have networked to influence and be influenced with collaborative efforts with business, health care and the legal system for individual personal gain at the expense and devastation to our needy, their consitutants, and their law-abiding citizens.
State Monitoring Agencies are effective in ensuring rules and regulations are followed without impunity in the private sector; however, they do not and cannot be effective in State's Agencies and their affiliates due to Political Influence.
The Legislative Body makes laws that tax and fine the average worker and imprison the impoverished while giving themselves free passes so their own laws don't apply to themselves.
The Justice System is provided broad discretionary powers to Police with vague 'probable cause' language in laws, with handwritten reports open to bias and misconduct, interpreted statements, ignored witnesses, suppressed and/or planted evidence, verbal and physical abuse of offenders guilty or not. Prosecutors presume the alleged offender is guilty and proceeds with prosecution on this basis. Judges in civil courts brazenly violate due process and constitutional law with open mockery as there is NO oversight in the civil courts. Appellet courts review the Civil Court Jusdices' decision for errors of law in the decision and do NOT retry the case under the 'expectation' that the lower courts' Judges used 'integrity' and had the time and resouces to fairly hear both sides, review evidence, and make decisions. Judges and Lawyers have different interpretations of law, evidence, testimony, and due process influenced by power, money and political influence and NOT truth and Justice.
Family courts capitalize on marital dissolutions by money grubbing lawyers who drag out cases with unneccessary motions that require hearings, rebuttals, reviews, etc. The more the litigating couples are worth, the longer the process. Children with inheritances are court appointed Guardian At Litem Attorneys and given free reign to bill against the kids accounts at the Attorney rate vs the standard GAL fee of $1500. The GAL will work for the side with the most power, money and influence and NOT for the best interest of the child/'ward' whose rights are controlled by the GAL. Parents are restrained by court orders not to interfer with the GAL with no oversights to monitor misconduct and abuse.
Probate Court Judges are politically appointed and are free to be affiliated with the networks designed to profit from the elderly with assets. Once the network as pilfered the elders assets and destroyed their family, the elder is put on the taxpayers tab.
The American Citizen is being oppressed by our State Governments, taxed and fined into poverty and then jailed when we no longer can generate their income.
Build a little equity, and your State Government will find a mechanism in its system to steal it from you. Once your State Government has you or your loved one ensnared into one of its facilities, programs, etc. they can generate Federal tax dollars to infuse their coffers and feed at the trough with greed and disregard for its citizens misfortunes.
State citizens are taxed and fined into proverty and then jail preventing BIG business entities from selling their products. CEO's and other highly compensated executives fearful of losing their personal assets and standards of living go begging the Federal Government for 'bailouts' that the American Taxpayer gets stuck with the tab.
Americans, we do NOT live in a FREE society any longer. We are living, breathing and working FOR the rich, powerful, and influential 'elitists'.
Citizens must 'arm' themselves with video, cameras, tape recording devices to protect our rights in the INjustice System.
American Citizens who are FED UP must UNITE and join 'grass roots' groups in our communities to demand reform by our local Representatives. Formulate a State Group where the community groups can work on reforms at the State Capital. Formulate a National Organization where the State Groups can work on reforms in our Federal Governmnet.
The 'elitists' have networked to destroy our families and impoverish our standard of living for their own personal gains.
Stand UP, network and take back our Government and Constitutional Rights that our forefathers gave their lives for so WE the PEOPLE would be FREE.
This a a small piece of the big picture, the big puzzle.
Our civil rights are in truth are non-existent. We who have our eyes wide open after we were thrown into the snake pit of the probate racket are aware, but the majority of people do not have a clue what is waiting for them and that is by design.
People turned into products to generate mega wealth for those in positions of power and authority while the taxpayers are picking up the tab.
Wake up America! These predators have their eyes on you.
