PA - For almost twenty years, Ray Frank Gricar has served as the District Attorney for Center County, Pennsylvania. On the morning of April 15, 2005, he called his girlfriend and told her that he was going to go for a drive in his red and white Mini Cooper automobile along state Route 192 in Penns Valley, Pennsylvania. He was reported missing when he did not return. The car was located in a parking lot in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, near the Susquehanna River, on April 16, 2005; however, Gricar has not been located.Individuals with information concerning this case should take no action themselves, but instead immediately contact the nearest FBI Office or local law enforcement agency. For any possible sighting outside the United States, contact the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate.

Wonder if he disappeared on his own or if somebody disappeared him?
I saw a case study on this situation - 20/20 or Dateline, one of those worthwhile type programs.
I recall having a horrible sick feeling that his disappearance was not his idea or his doing or voluntary.
My heart goes out to his family, friends and associates, not knowing where he is, which is an ongoing nightmare.
He disappeared on tax day, did you notice that?
