Britney Spears is about be let loose!
The 27-year-old's father Jamie Spears is set to ask the court to review the terms of his conservatorship over his pop star daughter after her concert tour wraps in November.
While Spears cannot directly ask the judge to end the conservatorship, he can request that it be reviewed.
Daddy Spears has taken on his daughter's well-being as a full time job since February 2008, and reportedly seems to think his famous daughter is ready to stand on her own.

For Britney Spears this could be good news bad news situation. I worry about the court appointing a non-family member, 3rd party conservator at the hearing or in the future. One slip up by the ward and she will find herself in the same position. The bottom line is I don't trust much about the guardianship system, in fact, I don't trust much of anything anymore.
Well, well now we'll see the intent of the conservatorship.
Dad can ask, but is it in the conservator's best interest to release Britney Spears?
That's the question. It might be - publicity wise. That's the only chance Britney has.
The conservatorship will end when the vultures have quit feeding and only then.
Don't get your hopes up, Britney, there's still too much money to be made from you - and it's easy money.
I suspect, as Anonymous1 said, the court will allow Dad to withdraw, then make a statement about the great fortune and worth of Britney -- and then apoint a third-party guardian to "protect" it.
And, we all know what happens next.
Dad may relinquish, but the court won't!
Does Dad have an ulterior motive?
