There should be a move to stop hourly billing!

Didn't the jerk ever study speedreading?

This attorney must not be very successful needing to charge for this activity. Looser...
Let's see how ethical the judge is... will he approve these fees? My guess is, yep!

Thanks NASGA for the real news, what's this?

TN Attorney Paul Housch is billing "the ward's" depleted funds for reading what others are saying how Housch and his gang of thieves set Danny Tate up almost 3 years ago, so they could gag and tied him up, and then be free to feed from his hard earned money?

Nerve?

No, it's worse than that folks.

Will this most recent frivilous motion by Attorney Paul Hooooooooouuuusch for fees come back to bight him in his A _ _?

Isn't this typical for lawyers? I know my lawyers charged me for outrageous things.

Is the judge looking at the billings or just getting out the good old rubber stamp and approving them?

Looks like the latter, doesn't it?

THIS is part of what gives lawyers a bad name! All the good guys, the lawyers in the profession to help people, should join together and run this greedy guy out of town!

One of the lawyers involved in my guardianship nightmare charged for the receptionist taking a message and then for that receptionist to relay said message to him. He was a real SLOB. I often wondered how he could sleep at night, but then I realized he could because he had no soul.

Ridiculous and an outrage!

And what benefit was it to Danny Tate that Paul Housch was reading www.freedannytate.wordpress.com?

What other outright stupidity has Housch been billing Tate's estate for?
