I'm glad they're suing!
If they were declared incompetent wrongfully, why do they still have a guardian?
It looks as though they're getting their life back slowly but surely, but like StandUp said, why wouldn't the court just terminate the guardianship?

I didn't realize he had worked at the station before. That's probably why he got the media coverage.
I'm glad the spotlight is still on their case. What happened to them was awful.
