Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz cleared the way for a Rooney resurgence Friday by appointing Augustine as permanent conservator, a move Rooney said he needed to protect him from his stepson and stepdaughter.

Modern day slavery! Mr Rooney thinks he will benefit financially from his income no no no Mr. Rooney wait til you see the billing frenzy that goes along with conservatorship. Best to you because you're going to need it. You had how many wives? Well, the only way out of conservatorship / guardianship is 99.9% via death of the ward.
Ah, now he's the goose that laid the golden egg.

I'm all for Mickey Rooney working if he wants to, but to me this is to feed the lawyers.
