A public guardian or conservator can take control and power over assets and property WITHOUT DUE PROCESS OF LAW, just by certifying as to their INTENT TO FILE a petition for conservatorship!

The good citizens of the USA have no idea just how vulnerable they are. Declared a ward of the state, most wards leave this earth as a ward.
