I agree, Joe's the best. I have read the first book and his website and I'm glad to see this new blog too. Thanks NASGA.

It's so good to see an expert like Mr. Roubicek blogging on our subject and cause.

You're right, Anonymous, it's good to have an expert like Joe Roubicek talking about guardianship. Families are called nutcases and weirdos, but what can they call Joe Roubicek to discredit him? They can't.

Great Idea!

Best to get the truth and expert advice - I will add well worth the price - before the need arises before a guardianship is established - life sentence for the ward. There are so many roadblocks, tricks and a long list of deceptive practices all with intent for profit. Joe Roubicek is trustworthy; he will tell you like it is.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Thank you Joe.

Thank you for the plug, NASGA (and Boomers for your prior mentions.) Thank you all for your comments, and Norma... They haven't called me anything to my face at least, and in the background others in the professions have agreed with my legal views giving them that much more validity. I hope to increase the potential of criminal investigations in this area over time. :)
