Justina Pelletier to be Interviewed Tonight on "Huckabee"

There’s some good news for one Connecticut teenager who has been away from home for a long time.
Justina Pelletier, 16, was taken from her parents and handed over to Massachusetts DCF in a yearlong dispute over her medical condition. She has finally returned home after a judge earlier this week ruled that she should be with her parents.

Saturday, June 28, Mike Huckabee will sit down with Justina in her first TV interview since being released from DCF custody.

Don’t miss this exclusive interview June 28 at 8p ET!

Now we have to guard against the medical profession guardianizing us?

Love to hear what Justina thinks of the guardian ad litem who "represented" her in the CPS case.

How did this attorney allow this travesty of justice to go on for so long?

Why did it take national publicity to put a stop, after a whole year, to this ridiculous situation? Why didn't the GAL put a stop to it at the outset? How much was the GAL paid? How many times did the GAL talk to the "client?" Did the GAL accurately convey Justina's position to the court? Why do we even have GALs when they are an expensive obstruction to eventual justice?

I am anxious to hear her. Thanks for passing on the word, NASGA.

You betcha Thelma I will be glued to my tv tonight thank you Mike Huckabee for taking these people to task for exposing what goes on where most people least expect trickery and deception

they must be held accountable in civil and criminal court of law.

and this wrongful seizure extends to our senior citizens when your elderly relative is hospitalized I strongly suggest wallpapering the hospital room walls with POA for health care, health care surrogate documents any/all advance directives bringing in the troops for sleep overs on the floor next to your loved one's hospital bed when family is not present your loved one is vulnerable with or without health care directives

and do not trust hospital administration level including the social workers and case managers who work in concert with the patients the clients insurance coverage including

Special Notice to: Medicare and Medicare DisAdvantage Plans your care and discharge are not in the control of your physician no no no it's the insurance carrier who dictates the care plan aka game plan the hospital case manager is the executioner in many cases

and keep in mind the for profit insurance company that administers your Medicare DisAdvantage Plan is not responsible or liable for anything and answer to no one why? follow the $ sign and the votes

and know they are hiding behind government immunities

those accused of wrongdoing claim those blanket government immunities have legs to anyone at a health care facility including a hospital which includes the social workers case managers let's add in the janitors also anyone who is connected to Medicare and Medicare DisAdvantage Plan patient will hide from responsibility

and we the USA citizens are funding this criminal enterprise, this travesty that is unknown to the vast majority of the population leaving them in a position to be blindsided with no option but to retain lawyers at an astronomical price

only God knows how many complaints? how many congressional complaints have been submitted to federal, state and county agencies to with special interest at the office of CMS where all is under confidentiality - really?

only God knows the truth the numbers of patients who were unable to pursue their complaints for a long list of reasons including death, all by design to enable those who benefit and profit

15.7 million enrolled in Medicare DisAdvantage Plans and consider this:

Medicare Advantage grows, defies forecasts

MarketWatch (blog)-Jun 2, 2014

As the cuts took effect, enrollment in Medicare Advantage plans was ... 22 million by 2020, or more than double the number estimated in 2010.

________
anyway, exactly WHAT will huckabee DO as he certainly HAS BEEN INFORMED AND AWARE of the abuses within these kangaroo courts long before this case arose.
cynical and nasty ?damn right I am.
these people THAT CAN EASILY AFFORD CHANGES DO NOTHING.

either submit indictment to these agencies alleged to oversee these facilities and send the COPIES out to state risk management ,the DA,the DOJ state atty,etc-type it out and simply send out the copies certified/return and if nothing's done=repeat it and go to the media
OR FILE COMPLAINTS ON THE VIOLATIONS OF THE USC as with health care and insurance,SS etc there are LAWS AND CODES-send it out on the federal level
_
write up basically one "master" statment and highlight the laws and /or codes applicable to the agency it's going to-
________
and always state that this IS in respect and honoring those THAT CANNOT write this out due to death, being ill ,and sickened from THEM.

Thank you FOX NEWS.

Mike Huckabee's warmth and professionalism warmed my heart.

By the grace of God, prayers and the strength of her family, Justina survived the abusive harmful treatment of her captors.

I pray there are harsh consequences to all involved in the kidnapping with restitution to the family for their financial losses and a significant amount of money for their pain and suffering that will be with them until the end of time living in fear that any trip to any health care provider will trigger another incident.

Warning to all parents when your minor children approach their 18th birthday please please please have your child, now an adult execute power of attorney for health care and if possible POA for property on his/her 18th birthday.

Heath care is priority parents lose their legal rights over their adult children at that time, please keep that in mind.

I know how fast the truth can be twisted to fit the results needed to make their record.

The impact of attempted take over by reps of adult protective services working in concert with hospital personnel on an elderly patient in a hospital who had an injury caused by the elderly person known as an accident. The bruise yes one bruise fit the description of the event by the hospital patient that caused the bruise that was not going to lead to any permanent problems. Every day throughout the patients stay a parade of suits described to me by the patient came into this patients room when family wasn't present for a new statement a new story from the patient that they wanted for their records so they could claim this patient needed their protection from her abusers. This elderly lady sobbed to me that she is being treated as an idiot and a liar. I knew the actions are considered elder abuse but how to protect this patient from her abusers?

100% self control was needed to keep from reacting. Why? because I knew this patient was a target for guardianship the power of the hospital to silence and take control of their patients to cover up their own actions and inactions while using guardianship working in concert with city, county and state agencies be forewarned.

As a member of NASGA I had prior knowledge that most people aren't aware of that the hospital could and in this case would file a petition for guardianship of person and estate of their patient claiming false allegations in their petition hoping for emergency hearing. APS and others were wrongly dug in on their version of events with this vulnerable patient that someone in the family had to have caused the bruise on the elderly lady which is not the truth it's their twisted version and they would not let up they wanted the patient to change her 'story'.

The elderly lady the patient was sharp and strong enough to stick to the facts of what happened as she experienced the event that fit the condition of her body beyond a reasonable doubt.
