A Journey For Justice

An only child lost his mother in an Illinois probate court to estate conservation. The unnecessary, painful, and torturous death of his dear mother began a journey for justice and accountability for her senseless death.

Greeley pair embark on elder abuse protest

People somehow believe that "proper planning" will alleviate the problem. Those of us who have suffered through an ordeal of probate court know better. What the court does in the guise of "advocacy and protection" is little more than imprisonment, murder and plunder. The exposure you give to this horrible violation of human rights makes you a great advocate. Paul La Bounty

Many rights are violated by starvation, drugging, restraints, deprivation, imprisonment, plundering of funds, failure to recognize prior wishes, etc., etc. etc. Illinois passed a law that allows the state to appoint a guardian to those over sixty found in a condition of self-neglect. I no longer live in that state but I am sure other states have similar legislation on the books" It is profitable!Document, Educate and Act! The vulnerable disabled deserve better. Helen La Bounty

This story is both horrific and inspiring. What Anna LaBounty went throu was horriffic and senseless. The inspiration is what Paul and Helen LaBounty have done about it. "Push the Walker" was a bold and brave response that brought much needed attention to the loss of Paul's mother and the real reason behind it.

I know they will not give up until there is accountablity for the horrible loss of Paul's mother.

After 6 years, the story is ongoing. The story is similar to the many others told of on this blog. This blog serves a great purpose: telling unbelievable horror stories that no one wants to hear. Unbelievable until it touches your life and family.

This blog is a way for family's victimized by
the INjustice System and it's fraternity between
attorneys and judges collaborating to obstruct
justice under the cover of
'sealed' hearings, court files, transcripts. Most
family's do not have the financial abiltiy to pursue justice in a system
that continues to protect
their cronies and preserve
the 'false' belief system in Justice of the masses.

This blog enlightens Mainstream American Citizens/familys to the pitfalls and methods used by unscrupulous 'professionals who are able to utilize a 'flawed' system for profit and self interest while destorying families and their 'wards' without accountability often even when exposed.

A journey for justice indeed. Six years is a long battle.

This couple is not giving up - that gives us all hope.

Thank you, Helen and Paul LaBounty for being spokespersons for not only Paul's Mother, but all elderly and vulnerable people.

Helen and Paul - you are very courageous and an inspiration to the rest of us.

Unlawful guardianship is a violation of human rights. Or perhaps it's a degrading of human rights - saying guardians and lawyers are more important than vulnerable people.

I am sorry for what the LaBounty family has gone through and the hole left in their hearts by the absence of Paul's mother.

This is criminal and it needs to be exposed, investigated and prosecuted.
