The Vancouver (WA) Columbian reports: “As his attorney tells it, Richard Morse’s trial that starts today is about the balance between government and individual freedom. The 72-year-old man’s nursing home wants to become his legal guardian and take control of his $600,000 estate. Morse believes he’s perfectly capable of taking care of himself.
At issue is whether Morse is incapacitated and doesn’t have the ability to make decisions about his money and his care. Vancouver Health and Rehabilitation Center filed the petition for guardianship in May after Morse was staying there following hospitalization for infected leg wounds."

I pray for his success.
people need to wake up and see what is in store for them worldwide racket going on here growing old is big business live long save and sacrifice so others can clean out your property and spend your money sounds like a good plan? not to me certainly not so i am rethinking if i will deny myself anything anymore just buy it just do it travel eat drink and go out happy and broke no wonder the government wants us to live long and stash $$$ away in iras and 401 ks and bank accounts so lawyers and team probate can enjoy your success before $1.00 is distributed via your will because guardianship will deplete most estates to $00.00 rapidly all by design
Nursing facilities HAVE NO BUSINESS trying to be anyone's guardian.
We are rooting for you, Mr. Morse!
Pray for this man everyone, please.
I am outraged!!! How dare they.
This 72 year old man is to going to loose everything he owns to the guardians and the attorneys. His own attorney is in on the theft. These same court thiefs have put a 66year old father of a 38year old man with cerebral palsy in prison fo taking care of his son.
