Thank you Tara Wilson for exposing what truley caused the death of your grandmother and the new cause of this death has been around for years but hidden, (like those who were "gay" that kept it quiet) and it is called "GUARDIANSHIP".

You either die from a broken heart, like Dorothy Wilson who wanted to come home to her daughter Diane Wilson , silenced, forgotten, neglected, drugged, starved to death, mistreated, abused or isolated.

Thank you, Tara, for mentioning guardianship abuse in your interview.

Advance directives must be honored by the court.
If there is any conflict regarding competence at time of execution, the court has no authority to act without seeking evidence of competence, whether through videotape or through a full-blown due process hearing.

And yes it's critical to have agents listed who can fill the agent's position for any reason. Illinois has that provisions in their advance directives.

Yes, I am very proud of my daughter. The guardianship of my mother was very painful and difficult for Tara. It all happened during the birth of her son and the birth of her daughter, my grandchildren. Mary Giordano refused to allow my Mom to attend the christening of her first and only great-granddaughter.
