Marti Oakley's Guardianship Panel at the Annual Whistleblower's Summit

The annual WHISTLEBLOWERS SUMMIT - normally in DC but this year it will be held virtually – has begun!

Every year, we are most anxious for Marti Oakley’s panel on guardianship abuse.  This year MARTI’S PANEL WILL BE WEDNESDAY, 7/28 AT HIGH NOON! The virtual event is free but you must register to view it. A video showing how to REGISTER and access the various panels is at this URL: https://www.whistleblowersummit.com/summit-scheduleHere’s a summary of what Marti’s panel will be discussing: Guardianship Abuses (T.S. Network)“We will discuss the Guardianship system, the legal and psychological abuse the victim is subjected to, and what changes are needed. The legislation that has passed along with pending legislation both national and international guardianship issues. We will discuss the predatory nature of guardianship and the prosecution of the predators. Many do not know that Guardianship is the loss of all legal capacity. It is now coming to the public's attention with the recent Britney Spears case. But this has been an ongoing issue for decades. And our panel of advocates and victims has been at the forefront of seeking justice for well over a decade.

In coordination with the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse (NASGA) we have contributed to legislation, met with senators and representatives, and publicly exposed the issues for more than a decade via the radio shows and numerous articles and multiple web pages. We are now actively working with groups internationally who are encountering the same issues and we are forming a global coalition. We have created a platform for those victimized, their families and friends, to give them a voice.”

Panelists:
Marti Oakley, Activist and advocate on issues of guardianship abuse;
Marsha Joiner, Family member of abuse victim;
Christine (Kris) Dallas, with the Australian Association to STOP Guardianship & Administration Abuse (AASGAA);
Coz Whitten-Skaife, Family member of abuse victim; and
Mary Witten, Liaison for the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse (NASGA)

2020 Whistleblower Summit: Marti Oakley's Guardianship Panel Presentation

Note:  Because of COVID-19, Whistleblowers from across the country were unable to gather in person at the annual Whistleblower Summit in Washington DC.    However, rather than skip the year entirely, the Summit decided to go forward with the Summit online.
Marti Oakley's panel on guardianship abuse is always a highlight of the Whistleblower Summit.

Marti Oakley’s discussion panel consists of Coz Skaife, Marsha Joiner, and Mary Whitten.

The first half of the discussion gives an overview of guardianship abuse through real court records from Montgomery County, PA, including how victims are ensnared in the courthouse, the use of court appointed doctors to deem citizens incapacitated (whether they are or not), flimflam financial paperwork submitted by professional financial guardians, the ignoring of power of attorney paperwork, and the revoking of citizens trusts and handing them over to “professional” guardians.

The second half of the discussion covers hospice abuse, including how they profit, inappropriate drugs prescribed and their side effects, the alarming criteria for who qualifies for hospice, as well as useful books and internet sides for reference.

Tonight on Marti Oakley's TS Radio Network: Pennsylvania and The Trafficking of adults, children and the disabled for $$, with co-host Coz Whitten-Skaife

5:00 pm PST…6:00 pm MST…7:00 pm CST…8:00 pm EST

Our guest this evening is Ron Shegda, a well known advocate in Pennsylvania who has devoted his time to exposing the depravity of the social services and guardianship systems operating not only in Pennsylvania, but across the country. Ron is also sponsoring the “Grace Packer” Anti CPS bill in the Pennsylvania legislature. The bill is based upon the life and horrible death of an adoptee named Grace Packer who was murdered and dismembered by her adoptive parents. Grace packer was born Susan Hunsicker and was taken from her mother after she suffered a brain injury.

Grace Packer Story

Ron wrote “Easy Essays For Disbanding Social Services”, an excellent treatise on how and why these agencies need to be disbanded. Far from being protective services, child or adult protection agencies would be better described as predator services. These agencies prey on the vulnerable, upon families and the disabled for no other reason than cash incentives created through targeted funding to encourage the predators. They are buying, selling and trading us…the people.

Please join us as we expose more of the trafficking of other human beings taking place each and every day right here in the US….land of the free and home of the prey.

Tonight on Marti Oakley's TS Radio Network: Whistleblowers! with guest Coz Whitten-Skaife

At 7:00 pm CST

Tonight we will expose the rampant abuse of the judicial system operating out of Montgomery County courthouse in Pennsylvania. Targeted victims and their families speak out about the collusion and ongoing conspiracy to target, imprison and defraud elderly family members, facilitated by the court of Judge Stanley Ott. Judge Ott and his gaggle of predators-for-profit are commonly known as the “Ottholes”.

Having exercised every available legal avenue in an attempt to hold Judge Ott and his merry band of predators accountable, it has become apparent that blowing the whistle on this Judge is of no interest to Pennsylvania State government nor the Judiciary. Join Coz Whitten-Skaife and myself as we expose the criminal racketeering taking place in Montgomery County via just this one court. Numerous individuals kidnapped, isolated and robbed while being forcibly medicated in many instances…..all so some predator working under the protection of Judge Stanley Ott can enrich themselves by seizing the assets of those they hold hostage.

Free Genevieve Bush!

Free Genevieve Bush from Abusive Guardianship an unconstitutional violation of her rights as a U.S. citizen being forced into guardianship against all her written and expressed wishes. Advocates Mary Whitten and Coz Whitten-Skaife visited Genevieve on Sunday June 19, 2016 went into Park Lane at Bellingham in West Chester and here is her details of her visit.Thank you both for making Genevieve Bush smile.

"On Sunday June 19th 2016, I visited Genevieve Bush. I was really nervous as I knew she was in an abusive guardianship. I shouldn’t have to feel so much anxiety as I did. I was so nervous. I was dropped off at the front. I went into the nursing home and saw Genevieve eating with the others. I asked a staff person if I could visit her and they said she was done eating so they rolled her out into the lobby area by the TV.

I sat down with Genevieve and read her a card. It was from her daughter and it read…I love you Mom and it had a smiley face on it. Then my phone rang. I answered it and I was able to hold the phone up to Genevieve’s ear for her to hear her daughter’s voice. At first Genevieve did not know who I was nor seemed excited to see me. She did not care about the card.

Once the phone was to her ear she lit up. She reached out and grabbed the card and started to smile.

She also looked as if she would start to cry. She then reached out and held my hand.

I spoke to her daughter on the phone told her how her Mom was reacting and then I put the phone back up to her ear and her Mom was noticeably happy.

I got 2 pictures of her Mom holding the card. Her Mom definitely appeared to be happy at the sound of her daughter’s voice on the phone. She continued to hold my hand and I gave her a hug. Feeling nervous about being there I left. I would say my total visit was about 10 to 15 minutes.

When I look back on this. I suffered severe anxiety and all I was doing was bringing an older women a card that said "I love you Mom." Why I should have been made to feel so nervous is SO wrong. I am aware of how predatory abusive guardianship work and no one should ever feel as if they can’t visit a nursing home. Shame on Chester Co for what you have done to the Bush family."
