Children Taken Away From Mother

Protest by Suffolk County New York residents against order issued by Judge Bivona who ordered that two girls be taken from their home against their will to live with their father.

The protesters fear that the children will be subjected to drugging and indoctrination by a company called the Rachel Foundation in Texas.

During the proceedings, Judge Bivona had issued a gag order which prevented anyone from telling the girls anything about what was going to happen to them. When the final order was issued, two detectives went to their home and took them away without prior warning. The girls are 9 and 10 years old.

Protesters believe that there is corruption in the courts and that the father of the children is a wealthy attorney who has familiar relationships with attorneys and judges in the courthouse. Protesters state that children need to be heard and that cameras need to be in the court rooms in New York and that behind door conferences lead to deals made by attorneys that benefit themselves and that are not in the best interest of the children.

They also believe that all court proceedings must be open to the public to prevent corruption. and cases should not be sealed.

The only courts with transparency are Adult Criminal Courts. Family courts, Probate Courts, Juvenile Courts, Civil Courts for Tort Law are without ANY monitoring with checks and balances to ensure the rights and due process of law for all citizens. These courts are free to use bias, unfair and unjust decisions favoring their cronies or politician/attornye practicing in their court rooms. This is INJUSTICE. These Judges need to be REMOVED. These corrupt proceedings allow for profiteering for unscrupulous attorneys ast the sake of our children.

I see the outrage on every face. And also the determination to not let the judge get by with it.

These people did a fine job of telling their purpose and getting the word out.

I hope they got local coverage as well as this great YouTube video.

Probate courts are like organized crime with the judge as the Godfather.

Courts with judges in robes appear to be operating fairly, perception is a smokescreen.

What happened to the lady with the scales: justice is blind?

I think probate and family court justice got sold out long ago when they got a wiff of $$$$$, sold out for profit and for favors to their pals. Being part of the inner circle, the loop is everything.

As they say, it's not what you know - it's who you know. Amen.

My compliments to the videographer for capturing the essence of the protest and to the people who showed up to show their outrage about the injustice to these two kids and their mother.

We must have open courts and cameras to help prevent these dirty deals.

They hide their dirty deeds in closed courtrooms and sealed files.

I think a random audit of files should be taken to see who is sealing courtrooms and why -- and those judges should be admonished.

Thank you for this video.

How much therapy are these kids going to need when they are adults?

Even the father who "won" should be outraged for how his beloved children were treated by the court.

Thank you, NASGA, for this video.
