If you think all these professionals are in this business out of the goodness of their hearts, forgetaboutit! It's all about the money - and in hard times, they will get sticky fingers, more and more often.

If your legislators don't stop them, then vote the bums out of office!

Debbie Hickory was in a position of trust. She earned and deserves a very harsh punishment a sentence of prison time and full restitution or back in her cage.

This is the only way to set an example and the best deterrent to others.

I hope she serves a lot of jail time.

Guardianships by professionals are unmonitored and unregulated thanks to Attorney/Legislators giving them broad discretionary authority to rob elders for State coffers while affording these professionals a legal license to steal as their reward. Family's spend years and life savings fighting for the rights of their exploited elder loved ones.

This organization is doing a great job getting the word out about the probate court Guardianship SCAM by court appointed professionals

Attorney/Legislators in State Governments across the country have rewritten laws making it easier for elders to be stripped of all rights and assets and displaced into State run/affiliated long term care facilities. The Federal Governments' Universal Healthcare Plan offers incentives to healthcare providers to order comfort measures vs expensive treatments for elders. This is Governments' answer to the impending crisis of the baby boomer generation and elder care.

Unfortunately, as with all Government programs. it affords corrupion. Unscrupulous professionals profit and Government benefits by exterminating elders and reinvesting their assets back into the economic and government systems.

The Federal Government has earmarked billions of tax dollars to build a national security base to compile every piece of information on every citizen including once protected healthcare information. This database will allow Government to build profiles on every citizen for whatever purpose the political party in control deems is in the country's best interest.

Kids today are being schooled to believe they have no rights as law enforcement plays a heavy hand in their daily school life so when their baby boomer elder parents are taken along with their inheritances, most will accept the loss without dicourse. The National Security Database will have the profiles and protocols (retaliations)in place to prevent those who would otherwise advocate and/or organize for reform.

I believe that the problems with our governemnt are from both parties. However I believe this new administration will do irreversable damage. Universal Healthcare would be a huge mistake. Guardianships will increase and money will be taken away from Americans. I fear we are heading to a complete socialist ideology and communist rule.

Other people are entitled to their opinion regardless of the outcome of this case. Shame on YOU for trying to silence others and victims of guardian abuse.

If police have charged the guardian, then there must be some evidence against the guardian. I hope there is a follow-up so we can see what happened to the alleged thief.
