Conservator Scott Phipps of Phisco Fiduciary is responsible for unlawful isolation of his conservatee, Elinor Frerichs (91). Following instructions from Phipps, assisted living facility Lakeside Park denies Elinor visitors and phone calls. Elinor has been unlawfully confined and isolated for the past two years.

Dear Mr. Phipps,
Thank you for your response, although a quite puzzling response.
Just to set the record straight, I am not asking to speak to Linda Kincaid nor Kennett Taylor nor am I asking on their behalf for them to speak with Elinor Friechs.
I am the president of NASGA; and in that capacity, I am asking to speak to Elinor Frerichs on my behalf and my behalf alone.
It is presumptuous of you to assume that NASGA (a nationally recognized organization seeking reform of unlawful and abusive guardianships and conservatorships) would cause Elinor any upset in any way. We advocate for the elderly and adult disabled, Mr. Phipps, – not against them.
I therefore renew my request to call Lakeside Parks and be able to speak with Elinor Freichs on the telephone.

So what punishment does the law provide for people like Phipps who knowingly, willingly and deliberately violate the law?
You know, the most disturbing part of this whole saga is the "MDiv" after this gentleman's signature.
What would Jesus do, Mr. Phipps?
Would He open the windows, open the door, and let fresh air and light into this lady's room? Would He let the world see that she is being treated well and that her needs are being met?
Or would He shut this lady away from all public contact, and even get a court order prohibiting public contact, without allowing this lady the FUNDAMENTAL LEGAL RIGHT to attend the court hearing and tell the judge her side of the story?
What would the Good Samaritan do?
Would he pass her by in that ditch and hurry on his way to the bank, knowing that no one else will cast a glance in her pathetic direction, let alone stop and try to help her out of that ditch?
There's still time to turn around, Mr. Phipps, and change your behavior.
If you have nothing to hide, that is what you will do.
He should lose his license, Thelma. He's an abuser and should be categorized as such.
He should be removed and charged with ABUSE! Disgraceful person!!!

I hope Scott Phipps' mother doesn't know how her son turned out. I am sure she would be shocked to know he is keeping Elinor F. from having visitors. No matter how often I hear these stories, it's still hard to believe that this could happen to people. Even harder to believe that the perps get by with it.
