I am sorry for Marshall. We must remember he's in his mid 80's and so the trial may be taking a terrible toll on his health.
I know the feeling.
I am decades younger than Mr. Marshall and I still suffer from effects including night terror attacks. I could not survive another round in the court system.
This is the kind of stress that can kill without a doubt it damages quality of life and it will shorten a person's life.
Sounds like the devil is already stalking Marshall.
