Over-Lawyered

"This case ... got over-lawyered and over-case-managed"

2001 - At first his professional guardian seemed like "a savior" to David Kleck.

His family was struggling with the upheaval of relocating to Denver at the same time he was entering a nursing home.

But when the crisis passed and the Klecks decided David no longer needed an outsider's help, the guardian, Stephanie Conrardy of Conrardy Case Management, disagreed.

Only after a costly legal battle did she resign.

Then she went back to court to try to force the Klecks to pay the legal bills she had run up in her fight against them.

Over-lawyered is correct. Over-managed is not -- there is no management in unlawful and abusive guardianships, that's one of the problems!

This case showcases that guardians are like hookworms - they dig their ravenous jaws into their host and don't let go.

Isn't this absolutely shameful and a national disgrace?

And, even worse, those involved in the guardianship racket for personal gain will be do this again and again and again.

It's a way of life for these greedy thugs, driven by power, control and the almighty $.

I worked as an RN for this woman and she has a very unethical practice. She was very abusive to me and greedy. She did not have the time for the number of clients that she had under her care. I hope that some one will stop her with a law suit that destroys her unethical practice.

Mrs. Conrardy Christianson is a most dangerous and unethical RN. I worked for her for 7 months and witnessed unethical practices daily. I so hope that someone brings her practice down as she harms those she cares for.

I cannot believe that she still is in practice ! I was certain that Medicare would have realized that she alters records.
I was pleased to learn that her second husband left her after his girlfriend came to their front door.
But, what is an RN and a pharmacist doing, living in a home that few could ever afford (5.7 million) and have it remodeled ?
Good comes to those who wait.
