Lawless America: "Meet Me in DC" February 5th

Meet Me in DC looks like it will be Standing Room Only.

As RSVP's continue to come in, I realize that we have a very real problem in that the hotel ballroom only holds 290 people.

It now appears that we will have far more. Please understand that I always felt 200 was a realistic expectation based upon the solid RSVP's we had as of a month ago. So, we just do the best we can with what we have.

There is nothing quite as impressive as a packed house. Looks like we will have one or two or three....

We have 500 capacity in the Capitol theaters the night of the 6th. So, if you want a seat, we suggest that you come early for the 2-5 pm event in the Ballroom on the 6th and/or the 5:30-8:30 pm event at the Capitol on the 6th. There are now 78 scheduled speakers with many more speaking from the audience at the session from 2 - 5 pm on February 6.

The Lawless America Movement Presents Proposed Legislation to Save America

Lawless America...The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.

Lawless America Movie Trailer

Lawless America Movie Trailer by Naomi Chambers

Lawless America...The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America.

We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.

The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.

If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.

One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.

In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.

Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie.

Fireworks in Grand Rapids Filming of "Lawless America - the Movie"

Judge Kevin Cronin agreed to speak at an event in Grand Rapids, Michigan on July 27, 2012. Bill Windsor took his film camera and went to the podium to ask questions of Judge Kevin Cronin. I told Judge Kevin Cronin that he will be one of the stars of Lawless America...The Movie.

Lawless America...The Movie is a documentary film exposing government corruption and judicial corruption in a 143-day road trip to all 50 states. Over 1,200 victims are being filmed.

'Lawless America - The Movie' and the Filming of the Gary and Sara Harvey Case

The Star Gazette’s Ray Finger was on hand during filming for “Lawless America — The Movie”, which took place Thursday, July 19, 2012 in Elmira, New York. The subjects of the Elmira segment were Gary & Sara Harvey and the government officials and their attorneys who have kept Gary Harvey isolated in a hospital room with little stimulation and extremely restricted visitation.

Finger reports:

Filmmaker and activist William Windsor is a man on a mission, and that mission brought him to Elmira on Thursday as he seeks to battle what he calls 14 categories of corruption.

“Our challenge is to educate and reach a million-plus people,” said Windsor, who started June 14 on a 143-day trip through all 50 states to work on “Lawless America – The Movie.”

Through the project, he is recording the stories of people who say they are victims of judicial and governmental corruption.

“The name ‘Lawless America’ was developed not to say our country is lawless or that we have a lot of lawless people,” he said.

“It’s to say that we have laws and they aren’t enforced, and we have people who are supposed to enforce the law and they don’t do the right thing, so they’re lawless. The judges change the law at a moment’s notice.”

Finger further reports:

Windsor called the Harveys’ situation a horrible story.

“He has no business having a guardian other than his loving wife,” he said.

“From my experience with the people I’ve filmed for guardian abuse, they go for the money. Guardians get put in place when you have family members that are ready, willing and able to do it and care for their loved ones,” he said.

Victims end up getting bled dry of their money, he said. “That’s a disgrace, and we have to try to expose it.”

Mr. Windsor has taken note of the Harvey story, (as well as the stories of numerous other victims), and he is taking the story out of the guarded territory and out into the public eye. No longer will it matter if the mainstream media ignores these stories, failing to give victims a voice. No longer will it matter who has turned (or is attempting to turn) a blind eye or only listened to half a story. Now the truth will be told and the victims will be heard.

Corruption Filmmaker Gathers Testimony in Wilkes Barre, PA

A man who dubs himself a leading authority on judicial corruption came to a place some would argue is the epitome of judicial corruption to interview a woman who has been the face of corruption victims.

Bill Windsor, a 63-year-old Georgian who claims to have been the victim of a corrupt judge himself, brought his documentary film venture to a room in the Hampton Inn Friday, videotaping testimony by seven area people who claim they are victims of corrupt public officials.

The avuncular Windsor is on a 143-day tour of all 50 states taking such testimonies, with plans to edit it all into a movie titled “Lawless America.” At 5 p.m. Friday, with pizza boxes on the bed and a root beer bottle on the dresser, he sat down to record Sandy Fonzo.

Fonzo gained national fame following the February 2011, conviction of former Luzerne County Judge Mark Ciavarella in the so-called “kids for cash” scandal, a moniker he was flatly rejecting on the courthouse steps after the verdict when Fonzo screamed her contention that Ciavarella’s mishandling of her son’s case as a juvenile led to his suicide.

“I’ve heard unbelievable stories,” Windsor said, “Sandy’s – as tragic as it is – at least it focuses a light on corruption here.

“And it’s not just here, there is rampant dishonesty bred from power, greed and ego.”

Filmmaker in Elmira NY Turns Camera on Corruption

The subject of his stop in Elmira was Sara Harvey of Horseheads, who claims Chemung County is guilty of guardianship abuse.

Her husband, Gary Harvey, suffered a traumatic brain injury following a heart attack and subsequent fall down a flight of basement stairs in January 2006. He remains in a persistent vegetative state.

She had sought legal guardianship of her husband, but the county Department of Social Services was appointed as his legal guardian indefinitely.

“I want my husband back. I want to expose the corruption of the courts,” Sara Harvey said Thursday. The attorneys involved represent the guardian, the hospital and the county, she said.

“There’s nobody there to protect my husband.”

"Lawless America" Films Sara Harvey

A documentary film maker says he stopped in Elmira, Thursday, to as he said "Expose injustice within the Chemung County Court System and St. Joseph's Hospital".

Windsor says his film "Lawless America" is a collection of stories similar to the Harvey's aimed to expose these injustices.

Windsor said, “She's concerned with his well being. How can you be concerned with someone's well being and people outside your family take away your rights. I mean it just doesn't work.”
