Linda Kinkaid is a dedicated advocate. No one should have to be subjected to the treatment that her mother was subjected to.
Ms. Kincaid, I hope you will do two things:
1. If you have not already done so, report each and every one of these attorneys to the state Bar.
2. Consult with a civil rights attorney about filing a FEDERAL civil action under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 -- the attorney must be willing to take this case on a contingent fee basis.
Good luck to you, and keep fighting. There are others hidden in the shadows who need the sunlight you are shining on this abuse and neglect.
Well done, Linda.
I hope this video gets spread far and wide and people pay attention. Thank you, Ms. Kincaid and NASGA.
Your Mother would be so proud of what you've done after her abuse and that you fight for others, Linda.
I am so sorry you lost your Mom...
We should be storming these places, one by one.
Call US if you have a problem, we will gather to enter and take your loved one to your home, where they belong.
this Internet chatting and going thru Legal channels is not working. Can you see how your playing into their hands?! Shame on everybody for 'sitting on their hands' in 'sorrow'. I'm ashamed of our culture.
